Teen/Tween Ukelele In-Person
Uke Can Do It! A two-part workshop for youth ages 12-18 to learn the basics of Ukelele. No experience? No problem! We'll start with the absolute basics. Learn a few easy chords that unlock tons of songs. Master a simple strumming pattern that'll have you feeling like a pro. The uke is small, easy to learn, and the coolest way to play your favorite songs. Ukuleles and good vibes provided! Just bring your awesome self.
Led by local musician Tim Rehder with staff helpers! There are only 8 places available, so please sign up early.
First workshop Wednesday, Nov 5th, 5:30pm to 7pm
Second workshop Wednesday, Nov 19th, 5:30pm to 7pm
There will be light snacks! $5 suggested donation to help us cover costs.
