Annual Liz Caile Contest and Writing Workshop
An exciting addition to the contest this year includes two writing workshops lead by writer and editor, Krista Crabtree. These workshops are open to students (grades 3-5 and grades 6-12) and will be held at the Nederland Community Library on two consecutive Mondays. Krista will assist students in honing their writing skills and developing their stories or poems for the contest. She will also offer tips for revision and public reading in preparation for the contest held at Salto on 11/9.

The workshops are free of cost, but attendance is limited to 12 kids per workshop. A notebook, pen, and snacks will be provided to all participants. *For all elementary students riding the bus to afterschool programs*
Unless it is their regular bus, all parents or students must email Krista Crabtree at email@example.com the name of the child attending and provide Sheila Kassera at NES with written permission for children to ride the 709 bus.
